Which is recommendable speedlight for a newbie like me.
I have D80.
I am thinking to get SB400 due to lightweight.
Is there any particular feature SB600 has that I will miss on SB400, considering i am a newbie.

cheers :)

if u got the bigger budget go for SB600 and a bove.. the best is SB800 lah. heh
u won't regret buying either one.
i jus bot my SB600 a week ago.

cheers

SB600 will definately be a better choice than the SB400.
stronger flash n faster overturn rate.
price difference not really tat great too.

cheers.

The good for SB400 is lightweight.
I might not be a heavy user.

There is no correlation between lightweight and heavy user.

I may get a SB400 when I just want to go for street style, and SB600 & above when going to event.

Of course, Would prefer the higher series anytime. SB400 only advantage is small. (The one that can fit my camera bag with it attached to my Camera Body.

small bounch card...diffuser...5th batt pack comes with SB800...faster recycle time...can use as commander also...althougth D80 itself can be commander...

should consider this flash...seriously..

what the accesories included in sb800?

Well, I don't use In-built bounce card, I don't use In-built Diffuser. Just change battery as a whole set.

Its just like you don't use in-built flash on your camera unless forced to.

THe aXeS doesn't even have in-built flash. :sticktong
