Sony has today announced price cuts to its Memory Stick storage (this actually took place last Friday). This is the second price cut in six months. This latest reduction brings the street price of Memory Stick more into line with other storage such as Compact Flash and SD/MMC cards. Sony are now showing the list price for a 128 MB Stick as $89 (down an amazing $60). Memory Sticks can already be ordered at this new price from Sony Style and Sony Imagestation.

Sony is really aggressive in their pricing.... soon it could cost less than CF cards.... btw a US$60 drop means about S$100 drop!!!

i got my first piece of 128MB MS at $100

but my next piece will be 256MB, hopefully if will not cost a bomb....

any idea when 256MB coming?

Arrgh!!! I just bought a 128MB!!!!! before the price cut!!!!:dent: :rbounce:

So when is Singapore going to reflect the price change? Or is there anyone going to start a mass order for the 128MB MS?

So cheap? Can still get some more at that price? I might get 2 if it's only $100

Walau eh, why dun u just tell people u bought a 2nd hand at $100

What's the pt of keep mentioning this one off sale (I know it's a good deal but what's the chance of it being repeated?), you give people the wrong impression that the 128 MB MS can be bought at $100 from shops.
