Is the Sony BCG34HNB2 Super Quick Charger a Timer based charger or Smart Charger ?

Smart charger : charge according to the battery power level, cut off accordingly when detect that the battery is full.

Timer charger : charge specific time irregardless of battery power level.

I am using it... I think it is a smart charger.....

maybe someone else can confirm this.

I am pretty sure though
