Sony Alpha NEWBIES outing - Sept 12, morning

Hi!

This is to gather interest and members for a Sony Alpha newbies get-together, having fun shooting theme pictures and kopi/teh session on September 12, Sunday morning (8am-12 noon). Location: Chinatown

Who can join? Newbies/old birds/intermediate shooters with a Sony Alpha (NEX too!) camera.

Ever wonder how to do more with your Alpha?
Wonder why your pictures are not as sharp/good as you think they should be?
Need tips and tricks?
Ever felt like molesting other lenses? :lovegrin:

Now you can ask the old birds and talk about it!

What to bring?
1) Camera of course! (Alpha DSLR/NEX)
2) Lenses
3) Water/juice
4) Umbrella in case it rains
5) A good attitude

We will have a max. of 15 users, for a 1-to-5 old bird/newbies ratio. 2 groups are for Alpha DSLR cameras, 1 group for NEX. This is flexible though!!! So if there's overwhelming demand, we can add more.

PS: Anyone bringing wireless flash triggers? Hope to learn about wireless flash (with triggers instead of build in wireless commander) for our Alpha system, this is one area that Im totally new to...
