Really? At Sonystyle shop? Which branch?

The Sony S'pore still state "coming soon" as I type this but they could be slow to update.

I really like to test drive this SLT camera too.

I've noticed that the AF is slightly slower during video recording compared to photo taking (with the 18-55 SAM kit lens) its like a professional, smooth and silent glide into focus instead of the very audible snap into focus when taking photos.

Sorry, didn't have a chance to try recording with a screw AF lens.

There's an external mic jack anyway, right? So it makes sense to use that.

Agreed, but I think most probably can get away with any of Sony's SAM lens.

...No wonder there was a surge in Sony's SAM lens releases recently !
