You want fast beats like Fat Boy Slim huh? well you might want to checkout iTunes' Podcast section which has not just podcast of talk shows but there are podcast that covers FREE music including for workouts!

So if you want a constant beat with lots of variations mixes thru out the hour..there are some of these free downloadeable tunes you might want to check out. My favorite is one podcast called PODRUNNER. Songs are rated by how many beats per minutes and also are about 1 hour long..non stop! Go itunes and do a search for it or visit PDRUNNER website at http://www.djsteveboy.com/mixes.html to start collecting those awesome tune into your ipod or whatever mp3 player you have. There are others too some fast and some slow ones for yoga or meditation...etc.

This is definitely one of this uncle's favorite place for fast tunes for working out or hammer on my mountain bike :) Go check it out.....and enjoy....

yah...an hour is a pretty solid workout period and the best part is you will notice it has fast beat but it is a slow build up and then as it ends...it also cools down too...the beat remains the same for a good fast pace workout...well this guy did a good job and custom to well to how you would want it in a typical workout. And each track you get, he gives an intro to it to so you know what you are getting yourself into. Since I discover this in podcast....I hardly need to search out more tunes as each week or so..there is a new tune.

always the ":transformers theme song"

"The touch" by Stan Bush! The best song ever! :)

Tried Linkin Park "Meterora"?

Or if radio, 91.30FM?

Thank you all for your reccommendations. Keep them coming as you can think of any. I quite like Madonna's latest album too. Really good pumping music.
