can u still process 'cut-negative'?
meaning negatives that you cut out from the main strips...

:dunno:

before or after exposure?

I assume you are asking if labs process negatives that has been cut. Most labs will say "NO" cause their machines "picks" up the entire roll and run it thru their chemicals.

Some labs (maybe one??) will hand process C-41, but it will cost you big time, something like $20? Maybe you can try photo schools/classes where they have students already doing it; sheet film etc...

oh
i mean after exposure.
still possible?

it can be done...just that a bit troublesome and most lab will not wish to do it as it waste much of their time. may be you can go round and try your luck. :)
