if symmetry is what you are going for, my suggestion is to lose some of the sides to make this a 4:3 crop because the stray light peeking out is not symmetrical on both sides.

this is a very common shot, just to take note, nothing wrong with that, just mentioning it.

other than that, i don't know how you did your bnw conversion, but it is horribly flat and doesn't do much for the potential and light here.

Hmm most definitely can be more dramatic if it's HDR.... it's a bit under-exposed as well, don't you think? I like the B&W though; I think the shot might lose the 'Asphalt Jungle' tone if you go colour it up.
