Looks like China.... maybe their forest has been Chemically enhance... so, leaves are very bright and luminescence.... :think:

when i was in the air farce. we go to a very very very sandy deployment area.
deployment commander follow SOP during night technical deployment. all the camo nets over the vehicles and equipment.
when the sun came out. our camo net is green. the surrounding is sand.
we might as well paint "Please aim here" on the top of the vehicles.
