The story goes like this: Arrived late... caught a rain... tired later... I feel embarrass to show these so-called zoo shots :embrass: sigh...

this pic looks the same as posted by 'yeppie'...right? but his got the 'red eye'..yours dun have

Can i ask how come sometimes there are red eye, some times there are green eye?

What can we do to prevent this effect?

I didn't turn on anti-redeye... I use external flash and it's TTL. Canon flash system pre-flashes a burst for metering. Dont know whether this is the reason that made the rat's (what the hell it is?) iris shrink. Am I right?

yup coz my flash is near the lens. external flash farther away so no red-eye.

tom: shld photoshop your pic's eye over my pic's redeye.
