Picture 1 the White Balance seems off. Picture 3 is underexposed for the girl, try a fill flash.

the first one look very artistic but seem too fake to me.

As for the girl, its alittle soft focusing right?

Yes the first pic had been post-processed to achieve that kind of effect on the skyline
as for [3] pic except i done only sharpening nothing else
