Hi all,

Just trying out some close up with FZ30 + Raynox 250. Not bad at all, handheld with vivitar flash (too strong for closeup).

nice DOF, just one question is what zoom level u using to take this pic ?

i usally use > 8x wif my FZ20 and Raynox 250, and it shaked like hell when hold wif hand , very hard to focus...

Hi Fly us. Come to think of it, this pic may "NOT" be shot with the Raynox, I can't remember..., this is because the exif focal length says 46mm, so I must have shot it with just the wide angle and going close up... soory about that... no Raynox 250 guys.. my mistake.

Yes, with Raynox, it is hard to focus because of the working distant, but it is a matter of practicing...

haha, macro with raynox is abit hard the first time i used it as well. i used to sweat alot when i do macro :sweat: but it takes abit of work to get used to it.

i usually use the raynox for insects and also the nikon 4T for larger insects and flowers.

Ok... ok... for sure this was taken using Raynox 250. Went down just now just to try it out again.
