Slow Sync

Hi,

Understand Slow Syn flash will delay the shutter closing to let in more atmosphere light.
But if you set to Manual or Shutter Priority,
Will the Slow Syn alter your chosen shutter speed ?

Slow Sync only works with A or P mode as far as I know. Never use it thou, if i want to drag the shutter, i'll just go for M mode.

i think slow sync won't slow down your shutter speed... just sync the flash timing different to get more ambient light in... so that the background won't look black...

Have not yet tested to confirm, but logic states that in manual or shutter priority, there should be no effect in using slow. In fact, I think the camera won't even give you that option.

the default slower flash sync speed for A, P mode is 1/60s, setting slow sync will take effect this two mode only, not with Manual and S mode.
