Slingshot 200 AW

Any one using Slingshot 200 AW? How does it perform?

I am considering to get a bag for myself. Probably to fit 1 body, 3 mid-size lens and a flash.

I am not looking into shoulder bag or backpack as its too common and the later is abit troublesome. Belt and pouches (lens case) are good alternatives but I wonder if they hurt one's waist for long run especially when they are fully loaded and hinder movements. :think:

Any guys here are specialist in bags? Please give me some advice.

I got a quote from CP -> Slingshot 200 AW cost $81 but out of stock.

I have slingshot 100. Till now no complain and happy with it. Easy to access to the kit.
U can try K13. I got mine there when CP no stock.

i bought mine a week ago at TK Photo at $90, wanted to wait for stocks to come in at CP they were selling it $81-85, but heard only coming next yr :cry: ... but heard frm a fellow CS'er who went CP said its coming mid to end next mth..

Thier stock coming in Dec 05. Got a quote from them via email yesterday and its selling for $81. How is the bag for the past one week?

some might like to consider the tamrac velocity slingpack series. seen it at TK photo. its roomier than the slingshot AW and the bigger ones (7 and 8) can even carry a DSLR/SLR with grip.

Bought at CP for $85.
I put my 70-200 f2.8 at the bottom, camera with grip mount mounted with 17-40, other slots squeeze a 28-75 & 50mm 1.8. Flash put on the top compartment.

The bag looks spacious. Is it troublesome to turn it to the front and get ur staff ? Will the bag lost is CG when the camera is unloaded when you sling at the back ?

Wah, I didn't know so many people interested in this bag. Maybe someone can do a MO for this bag. LOL. I am really eager to get myself one of this, but now exam period so camping in for books until late Nov!

From what I can see from the picture, the length of that lens should be around 20cm.
