Slide-show : Operation Tashi Deleg (OTD)

OTD was an expedition to China, to build a primary school for a nomadic community in Song Dou, a village in Kongpo Gymda, Tibet. Song Dou is 4400m above sea level and is situated approximately 230km east of Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. The living conditions of the venturers, Tibetan culture and the beautiful scenery of the majestic Tibetan highlands will be shown. The aim is to share our experience in performing overseas community service and to motivate more people to become volunteers.
