there is this email which will automatically forward any email in your inbox to everyone in your address book....

if u dun have anti virus program installed, u can do a online scan at http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_pcc.asp
it is as good as those anti-virus software in scanning, just that there is no auto protection....
i dun have any anti-virus program in my PCs, but i run this online scan whenever there is a out break of virus attack or i recieve email containing virus...
this software can help to remove virus also
