starhub..i asked another friend who is using singnet to access also cannot..

as i'm typing this, i tried accessing the site again and finally could. weird.

Did you try to clear cache, close browser, re-open it and try again after getting the first error message? Could be a cache issue... You could be hitting one Web server while others are hitting the other Web servers so they might not get the issue you got.

If its 80% of the time you cannot access, then something wrong with your side liao...

Its weird why Singtel choose to upgrade/update/blah blah in the day when alot of people are awake instead of after midninght or something.
