Singapore Street Festival 2003 is now on and happening all over Orchard Road.

Of course you can shoot. In fact, we encourage more ClubSNAP members to go and participate in the Street Festival activities.

The Official Photographers do have an advantage however, in that they will be allowed into areas off-limits to public, thus ensuring that they can get better shots.

i didnt see any... off limits areas actually . just shoot watever u want. nobody will stop u. though i suppose only official photogs should go up the stage.
