Singapore River Regatta 2011 - Dragon Boat Competition in Singapore River (27 Nov)

Hi,

Anyone interested to go and shoot dragon boat competition together?
Meet around UOB Plaza 1 at 4pm on 27 Nov 2011.
Any good suggestion on the spot to shoot the competition?

The 29th Singapore River Regatta 2011 racing course will be 200m long and 32m wide. The Start Point will be about 80m down-river from Elgin Bridge and will be marked by a floating pontoon dock. The racing course will be marked by buoys at 50m intervals. The End Point will be adjacent to UOB Plaza and will be marked with checkered flags planted onto buoys.

Date of Notice: 18th November 2011
Date of event: 26th & 27th November 2011
Location: Singapore River
Time: 8.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Is there such an event? Didn't hear it on the news. Thanks for sharing. So does it means both coming Saturday and Sunday the race is on for the full day?
