sure...we're all here to share mah...right?
all taken with ISO200 (D100 mah), bulb mode, manual focus & manual exposure mode (manual is the way to go for night/fireworks), and counted 6 to 8 'thousand' (SAF method)

Hey agape01! of course i dun mind sharing... #3 = 8.3sec, #4 = 7.8sec (manual timer mah), all shot with f/22

Thanks so much for the tip.

All of my shots were way under exposed. I used f/8 to f/10 at 1 to 4 seconds on a average. I guess I had forgotten how to shoot fireworks.
