Will be there to support my friends, but with only my 200mm it might be a little challenging....

I will be there to support my company's team, as this is my first time with dragon boat,
what lens would be best for this occassion?
I have a EF 55-250mm IS. Is this sufficient?

the location will be at bedok res,which is a large place..a 200mm- 500mm would be good if you are shooting people on the boat.. just come down and enjoy the joy.. they wanna the metal and glory badly!!!!!!

I rented a 100-400mm hope it's enough. But got a 2xTC standby.
my company team not strong don't think they will qualify for sunday
