Similar Location Setting in Singapore

Hi!! Does anyone know where I could find a similar location in Singapore? (Other than universal Studio)

I just need it to be at least 70% identical. Cheers!

How about places like Joo Chiat or Neil Rd area for starters? The older shophouses...?

stamord road has a building which i think is called stamford house that has shops with windows like that. but don't know if the building/shops will allow photography.

Thanks for the suggestions, actually I would be doing a film shoot, not a still photography. I guess the closest would be stamford house. Chroma Key wouldn't work for me because of the complexity of the scene and I would still need stock footage of the scene in the end since it's a film shoot.

I went to JooChiat area, as well as many of the areas with shophouses, but a bit too old ah. One of the closer one would be emerald hill. Haha. location is troublesome!!!!

Haha I have already mailed them, just waiting for their reply, but I don't think chances very high. So I finding alternatives.
