Under User CP, there is an option called Edit Signature.

Try playing with the [ URL ] [ /URL ] tags. (remove the spaces inside the brackets to work)

i try to add in this format but got a error msg "BB code url is not allowed" when i preview my signature

It is allowed, but total number of characters, including code, cannot exceed 200.
