Can anyone explain to me, Sigma 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Compact Aspherical Hyperzoom and Sigma 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Macro lens, what's the different between them? For Sigma 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Macro lens, is it able to take macro and also able to act as a normal zoom lens or it's only for macro use?

i believe the 28-300 macro is a new incarnation of the 28-300 aspherical with the inclusion of macro functions. this lens is still first and foremost a normal zoom lens, just that it had been improved so that it is able to also take macros now. of course, this wouldn't be near as good as a true macro lens.

Like what the reply said, the Macro version is the newer one.

I've the Sigma 28-300 which I bought not long ago that I want to sell. I'm selling it because I'm going to buy the more expensive lens ($3k). This Sigma is selling new about S$5xx. I'm asking for S$450. I've a gallery of photos that I took with this Sigma. Let me know if you want to look at what this lens can take or whether you're keen on buying.
