　　《四川不哭》的出版，旨在介绍这次大地震的严重灾情，以及灾民在大灾难面前不屈不挠的精神和重建家园的坚定信念。同时，希望激发更多对灾区人民的爱心和关怀，更加珍惜今天的生命，增进人类之间的团结友爱。所有参与出版工作的人士和机构都是义务性质的。大众书局不收取任何行政费用， 所有卖书收入全部捐献给新加坡仁人家园转交中国灾区。

　　新加坡大众书局定于2008年6月8日（周日）上午11时于碧山第8站购物中心举办推介仪式。中华人民共和国驻新加坡大使馆文化处陈晓博士将莅临会场；作者徐伏钢将在现场与公众分享他的所见、所闻、所想。该书推介仪式由嘉德置地碧山第8站购物中心赞助。

Sichuan Don't Cry

Photographic collection by Xu Fu Gang from Sichuan. This bilingual book with 245 pages color prints, was finished in 7 days via hard work of a group of volunteers working non-stop through day and night.

The book is priced at $20 and all proceeds will be donated to quake victims. Popular bookstore waives all administration costs.

Official launch: June 8 11 AM, at Junction 8 shopping Centre, 9 Bishan Place, Level 3 Open Plaza
