Shutter Speed & AV

I have seen some Gallery posted on the Web. And see that this person stated that he is using 1/10s f/8.0 at 5.9mm ISO 100.

how do you set the camera to 1/10s ?? I know how to set the f/8.0 and the other but still blur to the shutter speed .. :dunno:

Please advise ..

Set your main dial to Tv(Shutter priority) mode and the rest is just like setting the aperture.
