shoulder strap for CP-E2

Hi ppl,

Does anybody know how to make a DIY shoulder strap for the CP-E2??Or is it sold at Cathay?
I know the Canon casing for the CP-E2 can be attached to a belt, but I won't be always wearing a belt, so I'm thinking of buying a shoulder strap for it/make one myself.

A better way is to get the S&F Pouch 20. Comes with a shoulder strap and allow you to attach/detach the CP-E2 from the belt easily.

I'm using the S&F Pouch 30 for the CP-E2 which is slightly bigger and has space for other small stuff like batteries and lens cap, etc.

couldn't find it any more at Lowepro's website but they have something similar:
