since so many people give all the advantages for nikon,
let me chip in with the advantages of olympus. From your other posts you don't seem to be a professional, ie you are not looking at a loens setup worth many THOUSANDS of dollars.
1) olympus has a 14-54mm, 50-200mm f2.8-f3.5. Two lens give you coverage from 28-400mm (35mm eq). f2.8 for quite a wide range. Very light too and weather-sealed. I think total weight of both lens is less than that of the nikon 80-200mm f2.8. The 50-200mm is $1400 overseas. The 14-54 is cheap if you can get it as a kit lens. For nikon, if you want the 17-55mm f2.8 it will COST you $2k. The 80-200mm is around $1.5k if I am not wrong.
Even the cheaper range 14-45, 45-150 lens are very good.
The bad thing about olympus lens lineup is that you cannot find a cheap 18mm zoom (35mm eq) lens... where for nikon you can get the sigma 10-20mm, tokina 12-24mm. Olympus has a 22-44mm zoom lens. So if 22mm is wide enough for you, olympus lens lineup is actually quite good and cheap (overseas)
2) dust buster. Some people loved it, some are indifferent to it. It is very useful if you don't know how to clean your sensor.
BTW, why are you not considering the E330? from the latest reviews + opinons, E330 seems to have better ISO performance, + live view.
