Shops for lens repair and maintenance

Would like to find a decent and reputable shop to service my Canon 35/2.8 LTM. The plastic focus ring has broken off from the barrel, and now it's will just spin around when I try to focus unless I squeeze the black ring or just use the focus tab. There are some haze on the lens element as well, so I would like to remedy all the issues at one go.

The shops I know of are Camera Hospital and the shops in Peninsula Shopping Centre. Anyone has any experiences with them?

Camera hospital is by Steven. He is a nice chap but his level of cleaning isn't exactly that good. Did my CLA, he didn't managed to clean my lens but charged me nevertheless when he could not open the camera up. (It's a rare rangefinder)
