1. In what area is critique to be sought?
trying to capture the spot light

2. What one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?
getting the right exposures

3. Under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)
cool weather around 9pm


4. What the critique seeker personally thinks of the picture
personally i like the shot but somehow i think something is missg
 

Agree with biskandar in post #2. Telltale signs are the wordings on the buildings can't be read.

Maybe different timing of the evening, like dusk, may help? Just a suggestion.

Do I see a bit of shake as well? I can't be sure, picture's a bit small.
 

the photo was taken on tripod maybe got wind hahaha

get a sturdier tripod ;)

and it's overexposed. it's not only the f number u can change. you can also change the shutter speed and iso. learn how to play with your settings.

also, understand that by changing any parameter, you'll get a different result.

one more thing is the composition. i would think it would look nicer with the reflections of the lights on the water.
