For #3 and #4, which is your prefer? B&W or colored?

why is japan coast guard flying a sg flag? :dunno: is it a standard practice to fly the docking nation's flag?

I think so, it applies to all ship even commerical liners :think:
 

actually ships have to fly 2 flags. one is where they are from and another is where they are @.

Well lotsa pigeons out there... and they left their poo..poo.. there. This is the job for the building managements...

Anyway, this is my 2nd time (I think) that I've notice their docking here. Recent months (or years) heard about Jap's disputes with Taiwan and several SEA countries on sovereignty of certain island in S. China Sea. Such big ship with guns somemore. :what: Maybe is for patroling purpose... :think:
