have tried sharpening in Photoshop, but found that it has artifacts, ie. halos.
Would Nik Software Sharpener Pro help ? Selective sharpening is also needed in portraits where I just need to sharpen the eyes or the fringes of the hair.
Has anyone used this software and considered it valuable ? or maybe I should just brush up on my Photoshop skills (going beyond Unsharp Mask) and save some money ?
