Sharpening questions

HOw come ....

when I sharpen my images nicely on Photoshop, they look just right.. But when I view the corrected images usng Win XP slide viewer, the images appear less sharp??? :dunno:

maybe you can try viewing 100% magnification, since windows tries to resize the image to fit the window.

Monitor resolution is 72 dpi, if you try and view an image at any more than that, you get overlapping pixels, which distort the image at any less than 72 dpi, or 100%.
