Share your capture one/RAW workflow!

(I don't have one that's why I am asking you. I would like to learn from you all...)

Do you use Capture one with Lightroom or Photoshop?

Lightroom 3 most of the time. Sometimes Photoshop CS5 if doing more precise editing.

In Lightroom, I import, edit, set export settings. Export, done.

If I want to work with Photoshop, I import it into photoshop from Lightroom and edit away. I usually do cropping at the last step in in Lightroom in case I want to change composition.

I use Lightroom for tethered shooting also.

yup, lightroom is the best workflow management.
