definitely bounce flash, but do take note of the colour of the ceiling. best if you shoot in RAW so that you can change the white balance later on. could also do with a bounce card or a flash diffuser like a lightsphere or an omnibounce.

You might really want to do a bit of reading up on the concept of white balance, and its applications. It is a broad, extensive and very essential element of photography to understand, in my humble opinion.
