Camera Hospital, P&G camera and your camera's own service center.

Or, you can buy yourself the sensor swab with cleaning chemical and do your own sensor cleaning.

how much would it cost ?

*jaw drops* thanks alot, i think it'll just stay that way for now =_=

$20 to clean your sensor very expensive meh?

I'm a poor college student T_T i think i'll just buy the swabs off ebay

Lenspen has a (dry) sensor cleaning pen (NOT their lens cleaning pen). It works (though no matter how hard you clean, sure to have a bit of dirt).

Er... you must really know what you are doing when you buy swab off ebay. Yes... they are cheap... but that is for a reason. And I tends to trust the shops more (shops like Cathay Photos and the such) when getting equipment such as the chemical swabs to clean my sensor.

And one foolish movement and you pay $200 or more to fix the mess you created. Do read up about the DIY methods and calculate your time as efforts, too. If unsure, the service center is a better bet.
