selling / licensing of your pictures

Hi, need some advise here from the oldbies who have sold pix.

if a magazine comes along and asks to use your images, what are the standard terms that should apply, e.g. limitation of use, retention of copyrights, etc.

does anyone has a termsheet or standard T&C I might borrow for use?
