as professionals, they should give confidence over that of a freelance. Should compensate customers, minimum 3x the price they charged. the actual events/emotions cannot be re-staged.

Freelancers are professionals and self employed too. They are called freelancers because they don't work for a company. Many people think freelancers means part timers. Not true at all, many freelancers are full time, and many over time and no life.

Hobby people doing the occasional jobs are called amateurs.

Freelancers are professionals too. As for compensation, that's up to the terms f the contract, as any professional would know.

And NO BUSINESS will compensate "3x the price" in case of a failure to deliver. That's a recipe for bankruptcy. I do suggest you learn how businesses work as well as the costing models and the usual contractual T&Cs.

there is no business will make such offer.
If you can remember during the good old days of shooting film, when the labs happened to screw up the film during processing, they only compensate same amount of unexposed film to the photographers/customers.

Since there is no update from TS,

take it TS has already moved on from this, I think we should let this rest.
