I did a nepalese series here:

(not much of landscape, purely on nepalese only)
Kathmandu
www.ganeshhimal.com (something wrong with the website, try some other days)
My rating: Clean, with wifi and cheap and good food, beer. Stay around room 301 or 401, can access wifi with strong signal.
Pokhara
http://www.sacredvalleyinn.com/
My Rating: Not bad, quiet place, friendly staff. Food price reasonable.
Chitwan
http://www.sapanalodge.com/english_chitwan.php
My Rating: The operation manager (Naran) is very friendly and helpful. He is the one who managed to secure a bus ticket back to kathmandu during the strikes. Nice place, nice dinning area. Food is a little expensive, which is similar to our food court pricing.
Nagarkot

My Rating. Nice and cool place. Food price a little expensive but overall very nice hotel. The owner is another extremely kind person who ask us to hide into his house during the strikes period. The best part is we have already check out the hotel 1 day ago.
TAxi driver name: Santa
Hp number: +977 (9803074675)
(You can buy a sim card at the airport at about 500 nepali money)
Pickpocket might be so call the major crime there, so just take care of your belonging. When come to strikes, better stay inside the hotel as the whole country will stop all transportation(basically no traffic on the road). Don't join in the strikes or photograph them.
