Secret place for fireworks??

Anyone know of secret places that Singaporean gather to release fireworks, crackers, sky blaster??

It is at Ponggol beach every Sunday 8pm. Search for outward bound training centre on street directory. If the weather is good, you should be able to find is a small group of firework enthusiastic people gathering there having fun
