well, i dumped the lexar n switched to kingston,
not for the speed, but reliablity.
with my mid range dslr,
40x n above good enough.
formatting is the only example i gave.
another is do u expect the preview to take more
than 10secs from one pic to another?
it can't format at 40x,
it can't write at 40x,
it can't read at 40x
and it won't startup at 40x.
so how can it be rated at 40x???

ps- got a full refund, not before i raise my voice.
management of the retailer won't speak to me as they claimed its
seagate's responsibilty. the sales manager of seagate(st***en) won't
answer or return call on his mobile. retailer ask me to go to SITEX,
SITEX no more seagate's staff, counter staff ask me to return the
next day! i shouted at this point. sorri to that young girl, don't mean to.
my point in this thread is not that i m disappointed with the card,
but that the sales team mis-represented themselves.
40x is fast enough, but that card is like 2x???
pps-my normal card is 4GB too, so microdrive is not bigger.
