Scratched Lens - Any recommendation?

I've recently noticed a scratch on my Olympus lens, have tried to clean it off but it's not going anywhere!

Scratch:

The scratch results in a blurry spot and shadow, like in this picture:

Any idea on what I should do or where I should bring this for repair? Please advice, thank you!

Might I ask how you manage to get a scratch of such a peculiar shape?

Don't look like a scatch to me.It could be a chemical residue due to oil on fingers or cleaning.Clean again with alcohol/methelated spirit(denatured alcohol.In the airplane picture you can see the effect of this smearing or scattering light.

The mark doesn't look like a scratch. More like a coating issues or a smear.

2nd that, if it's kit 14-42, just buy a used one <150 if repair is more than that.

14-42 worth around $100? well thats the price i sold my kit lens..lol..
