i've noticed the better level of service by the NEL staff so far, but let's not forget there are occasions when SMRT staff are just as helpful. ;)

the shot sinks into my mind immediately, but after looking at it for 5 seconds, the staff looks a little "depressed", because of her head position... :embrass:
