Picture a bit too cropped. Colour very unnatural. Idea is there though.

I personally feel that one key item - the bridge should not be cropped. The right side of the bridge should have been part of the pictur as .....99% of it is already in there.....

Moving a little right on franing will also help avoid the river stairs...on the left...
