Local Singer Rui En will showup at Tiong Bahru Plaza on 16/03/2003 2pm. Not too sure whether was it a signature session or some songs.

I won't be there as I will not be in Singapore. Anyone attending?

Guys, hmm, actually Rui En's image no longer sweet lah.
Took her photo for a charity event on 22nd Feb, she looks a bit
scratchy now.
