Thought this was really annoying. These people simply didn't care. It all about their own convenience.

We ought to change the caption to something else: "Make ????? Our Way of Life". People really need to learn.

What's new? Worse is when morons throw tissue paper and other stuffs into the ashtrays on top of bins and later the whole damn thing is on fire. :angry:
