Rubber grip 3M tape

Regarding the Rubber grip loose problem, does anyone try to fix by your self?

the info that i search on internet showing that most of the double coated tape used in rubber grip is 3M 300LSE

does anyone try it before?

wanna fix in my D200 loosen rubber grip.

wanna fix in my D200 loosen rubber grip.

It is loose not just because the old glue deteriorated. But also because the rubber had expanded and went out of shape.

So if its those small pieces, you may need to trim off the edges what expanded. If its a large piece, its already out of shape and the retaping won't help much, after one week of use it goes flopping around again.
