Did you all know that the person who died did not take his FFI?
The SAF's policy that people who haven't cleared their FFI can take RT but can't take IPPT is strange.

Yes it was, a VERY small column which was written in a manner to convey to the public that there was no fault on the part of SAF. The part on FFI was conveniently left out.
