Speedotron is the latest photography lighting equipment firm to be bought up by PromarkBRANDS, a company whose past acquisitions include Photogenic, Norman and Smith-Victor. Speedotron's sales, service and manufacturing operations are to be moved to PromarkBRAND's facility in Bartlett, Illinois in the months ahead.
