Lowepro has announced a trio of new backpacks in its Fastpack line, each with an emphasis on the transport of digital SLR video and audio equipment. The DSLR Video Fastpack 150 AW, 250 AW and 350 AW combine a side-entry camera compartment (meant to be accessed while the bag is suspended from one shoulder and swung to the front), an upper compartment for audio gear (a removable pouch is included) and a padded laptop slot; a mount on the side of the bag enables a tripod or video rig to be attached. The three backpacks include a built-in rain cover as well.
